Who is responsible

The controller for this website and for the tools described below is Radoslav Kapralčík, Umhausen, Tirol, Austria, e-mail kokmentator@gmail.com.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no external fonts or scripts.
• The hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to operate and secure the server. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
• If you write an e-mail, it is used only to answer you.

KokOps: the private app that accesses Google accounts

KokOps is a private tool used only by its owner, for Google accounts that the owner controls. It is not offered to the public and no other users can sign in.

Google data it accesses:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly: read e-mail messages and their metadata. The app cannot send, delete or modify e-mail.

If further scopes (for example Google Calendar or YouTube) are added, this policy will be updated before they are requested.

How the data is used: to sort the owner's own mail, find bills, deadlines and tasks, and show them to the owner on a private dashboard. Summaries of messages may be produced with an AI assistant at the owner's request.

Where it is stored: on the owner's own computer. It is not stored on this website.

Sharing: Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone, except with service providers that process it on the owner's instructions to provide the functions described above.

AI models: Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Limited Use: the use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion: data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; locally stored copies are then deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Write to kokmentator@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
